But then today I read <a href=\"https:\/\/muckrack.com\/daily\/\">Muck Rack<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.susanjfowler.com\/blog\/2017\/2\/19\/reflecting-on-one-very-strange-year-at-uber\">Susan Fowler&#8217;s description <\/a>of working for Uber. As if this past election season wasn&#8217;t enough of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/kathleen-reardon\/sexism-wake-up-call-to-yo_b_12913472.html\">wake-up call<\/a>\u00a0for women, it&#8217;s\u00a0worth reading Fowler&#8217;s account of how little things appear to have changed. \u00a0Say what you will, if you are a woman, know a woman, are a father or mother of a girl, it&#8217;s time to wake up and realize that a new struggle is before us!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was 1993 when I wrote the Harvard Business Review reprint bestseller, &#8220;The Memo Every Woman Keeps in Her Desk,&#8221; and 1995 when They Don&#8217;t Get It, Do They? was published.
